Since 1998, Heli Sky has been a maintenance-driven helicopter company, focused on keeping utility helicopters reliable and operational worldwide.
We operate and maintain our own fleet of Mi-171 and Mi-8MTV helicopters and provide maintenance, technical support, and helicopter and spare parts procurement for demanding operations. Our experience in challenging environments is supported by a strong safety culture and an accident-free record.

In Q3 2024, Heli Sky opened a new maintenance hangar in Bishkek.
The facility covers 1,000 sq.m. and was built specifically for helicopter maintenance. It is equipped with modernized maintenance equipment and supports in-house MRO operations for Mi-8MTV and Mi-171 helicopters.

Benefits of using helicopters are very obvious.
Transport helicopters are used in places where the use of conventional aircraft is impossible. The landing possibilities of helicopter are almost unlimited.
At Heli Sky, maintenance is a core capability, not a supporting function.
Since 2025, we operate our own certified MRO facility in Bishkek, providing full in-house maintenance support for Mi-8MTV and Mi-171 helicopters.
Our MRO covers the complete maintenance cycle - from routine maintenance to major repairs - ensuring technical independence, consistent quality control, and high fleet availability.
For over 10 years Heli Sky both supports international humanitarian efforts abroad and delivers food and school supplies to remote regions of our Kyrgyz Republic.

The theme of the 20th edition “DIHAD 2004-2024: Humanitarian Diplomacy and a Journey to the Future” underscores DIHAD’s commitment to building upon past achievements and enhancing existing partnerships to meet the challenges of tomorrow. As the Middle East’s pioneering platform for the exchange of humanitarian ideas and practices, DIHAD continues to unite global humanitarian actors, including representatives from international organizations, NGOs, governmental bodies, foundations, charities, academia, the media, and the private sector.
We were glad for an opportunity to establish contact with other logistic service providers, explore new partnership opportunities and connect with suppliers of essential equipment required for our performance in humanitarian missions in both Asia and Africa.
We are looking forward to attending the 21st DIHAD in 2025.

In cooperation with Genesa Dirgantara (genesadirgantara.com), we have deployed 2 Mi-8MTV helicopters to Indonesia. Despite the continued restrictions due to the COVID-19 pandemic and challenging weather conditions, the mission has been a success with hundreds of flight hours operated and thousands of successful water drops.
We are glad to assist continued efforts for safety of people and natural resources of Indonesia.
